The lodge is located on Playa Brava which is probably the quietest of Tayrona's main beaches because it's a much longer and more challenging hike to reach. As a result you have a real feeling of escapism, and there are much more premium accommodation options than in the rest of the park. It was a great place to chill out and enjoy escaping reality.

The property, the pool, the view and the staff were all incredible, especially Sergio our host. I absolutely loved this place. The private rooms were great to have your space and comfort while still enjoying the social aspect of the hostel.

Best location right by the sea. It's a bit of a hassle to get into town, but you can also take the bus or Uber. But you get peace and quiet and the sea.

This place is amazing. Here is why: 1. The location is 2km from the town center. You can walk but I suggest getting the Moto taxi. Normal cars cannot access this area. You are located in the mountains that hosts the best sunsets I have ever seen with mountains, the Santa Marta City and the sea all in one shot. 2. The facilities are basic but very nice. It’s everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Although recent reviews say they have no wifi, they HAVE IT NOW. 3. Breakfast was always nice and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. 4. We did not eat at their restaurant but others did and they liked it. We also availed of their laundry service which was very affordable. This was our honeymoon. Would highly recommend!
