It was a magical experience to be so close the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the walking trek is absolutely surreal. The lodge had an amazing team of staff members, and Fiona is a true gem. She is an amazing host and truly makes her guests feel special. Big shout out to the pub staff, Ronan is a sweetheart. And the rest of the staff too. Superb experience.

I went at a low vacancy. I almost had the place to myself. A wonderful room with a double bed. Two kitchens, one smaller and closer to my room, informed and helpful staff and very affordable. ♥️

The hostel has a pretty landscaped garden and balcony, with seating areas and stunning views of the area, and also offers free transport to the boats over to Skellig. Free transport arranged to Skelligs departure, if you book a tour with Casey Tours. Beautiful room in the "cottage", very comfortable. Breakfast was scrumptious. I really enjoyed my stay here, thank you so much again Mary.
