The hostel was really clean (they have daily cleaning services, which is a great perk!). The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. I also really appreciated the free laundry facilities. The location was good—the 17 bus was right around the corner and takes you to the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

At the hostel every room has a flat-screen TV, a shared bathroom, and a balcony with a mountain view. This is on of the most special places I have ever stayed at, and hands down the best “hostel”. It is much more of a collaborative social space where likeminded people share their time. It was so chilled and you can tell that Linda and Federico have poured their hearts and personalities into the entire property. Everywhere is beautiful and clean, with spaces to gather and also spend time in solace. I can’t wait to return!

The bus stop is right outside and Conads is right next to it for easy grocery and buying bus/tram tickets! Staff was so polite. Will return again.

Breakfast is very good: fruits, cakes, egg, ham, cereals, high quality coffee. Staff is very nice. Plants are everywhere. Sta Maria Novella station is 10 min by tram. Highly recomnended!
