My dorm was big, clean, with comfy beds and carpets which was amazing, the dorm also has 2 ACs, which made it warm and nice to be there. Totally recommend to everyone

Everything in the hotel is well thought about - drinking water refills, breakfast with warm options, lovely reception area to chill, read books, make new friends, foosball, PS4! The room has well placed sockets, reading lights, stands to charge mobile next to the bed ( even the bunk beds). The terrace has a beautiful view and also seats and hammocks to relax... The location is a 10...easy to walk to downtown, rainbow street etc.. And the best is our reception in charge ( Faheed - I hope I didn't get your name wrong!).. From the moment we stepped in, we felt like family - we got tips on where to go, where to eat , anything you want to know! My kids would have loved to stay forever,... Would like to stay again whenever we visit jordan ❣️

Helped us a lot with recommendations for the city and with travel arrangements to the border and throughout the city. I really enjoyed my stay here. It was right in the heart of Amman, and was a walking distance to a couple of the major tourist attractions like The Amman Citadel and the Roman theater. It was also in close proximity with the country's highest rated restaurants like Hashem. The rooms I stayed in were well ventilated and the bathroom was very clean. The best part was the owner, Fouad, his son, George and the rest of the staff. There were very honest, and went above and beyond for my friend and me. They personally took us in their rides to tourist locations and made sure we were okay at all times. I highly recommend this hostel/hotel and doubt I would have been able to enjoy Jordan to the extent I did if it was not for the help of the wonderful people here.
