The shower room is separate for women and men, was spacious, and had all toiletries you would need. The common space was good, and it had coffee and tea at any time. The location was perfect, near to the station where you can take the tram to go to Miyajima ferry station, and walking distance to all the must visit places in Hiroshima.

We had a room with beautiful, big window and stunning view of the river. The room was spacious, which is not common in Japan. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was a bit small and can could get crowded, but it is not a big deal. We did not have much „in person” contact with the personel, they might seem a bit invisible and absent from the facility, but that is just an impression. Trust us- we had an emergency situation and they helped us to solve it despite the fact it was quite late and it was not their responsibility and fault at all.

There are tea and coffee, self service. It’s almost in front of the ferry port, and in walking distance (~10 minutes) to Kousanji (temple) and the hill of hope.
