They showed me around the neighbourhood as soon as I arrived. After swimming in the lake, they took us to a secret viewpoint from where you could see Lion Rock and Pisurangala. The next day they got up extra early to show us the sunrise, which was extremely worthwhile. After that, they showed us the whole day and I saw places that I would never have seen otherwise. It was a great stay that I will never forget!

It felt like we were in a safari lodge! It was so quiet and peaceful. The staff are also amazing and the meals were incredible! Thank you!

If you pass by Sigiriya you absolutely have to stop here ;)

The host was incredible – he ordered and organised things for us, gave us loads of tips about the local area, and even went above and beyond when my friend left her bag at a bus stop. He actually tracked it down and drove it back to us! His whole family were so kind and welcoming, which made us feel completely at home. Breakfast was amazing every morning, and the beds were huge double bunks, super comfy after a long day exploring. Honestly, the host and his family made the trip for us – such a special place to stay

The location is just perfect, you are away from the loud and crowded places but still a walkable distance to anywhere, you are surrounded by nature you can also see deers in the morning it’s truly magical! Diwakara and his family are all the sweetest people that take you in and you feel so much at home. The beds are comfortable and the shower is nice and strong, which you don’t get everywhere. The only problem is that you might not want to leave this place EVER. 😆

Looked after by the most beautiful family who makes the best breakfast in Sri Lanka. The coconut pancakes are incredible! Channa is a fantastic host, always checking in and offering to help with anything you need.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. I stayed in this hostel for 3 nights. All of the equipment was very clean and the bed was bigger than a single bed, so it was very comfortable. But the best point of this hostel is the staff. They care for me all the time and are quite kind. It is the reason that I extended to stay here one more night. If I come back to Sigiriya next time I will stay in this hostel again.
