Property is in excellent location close to main square. Property is kept in pristine shape with facilities that go way over and above expectations, fully equipped kitchen, great living room, terrace with amazing views of volcanoes and a space to work out too. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and even got me hot tea because I was coughing! Breakfast is very good. Cleaning and property up-keep never stops always ensuring maximum comfort of all guests.

The staff were fantastic. Front dest staff very helpful with all our travel plans, suggestions and general help. The breakfast staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were amazing. The bathrooms were being constantly cleaned. Nice rooftop terrace.

The hostel is very cool to meet other travelers. It has very friendly vibe. The room is clean and I love how comfy their beds are. The receptionist, Stephanie was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of great advice also about other cities in Mexico. We recommend, it's worth the money.

I’m a solo traveler from Taiwan. This place is amazing. If you like a quiet and calm atmosphere. Everything is clean. I love the big window in the room. It’s near to the lagoon. They have great service! I was sick but they took care of me so much! I supposed to stay for only 2nights but I extended to 4nights. I love it 😍

This place is really a hostel! It's small and cosy, nothing fancy and not a party backpackers hostel, yet you get to meet the nicest people. The beds are comfortable, there is a plug right on the side of every bed. Towels provided. Very cheap price and still nice breakfast included. Nice terrace where you can sunbathe or just chill. Area to wash your clothes. Very clean and the rooms smell good. Safe. The staff is really friendly and helpful with everything. Big lockers that can fit both the big backpack and the smaller one. I felt really nice and comfortable in this hostel!

We loved it! Super clean, close to the center, hot water 24/7, fully equipped kitchen, great internet, excellent service and staff attention – 10 out of 10. We immediately felt at home. There's always coffee, tea, and cookies in the kitchen, and they let us check in early and check out a bit later. They even have ping pong! A wonderful place you'd want to come back to. Special thanks to the staff for their care and attention. 10/10
