You can hear the waves and enjoy life. The kitchen is clean an stocked with good supplies to cook. Bring Food there is really no grocery stores unless you want to take a bus ride into Bocas Town which is 30 minute one way. The bus stops right in front of the location. There are a few restaurants close by. The rooms are basic and the walls are thin but I found most guest to be respectful and lovely. This is not a party house or location more of a quiet family or solo traveler spot. The beach right outside is good to walk on. The trail to StarFish beach has many options to relax in the ocean and enjoy life.

Situated in Carenero and within 1.5 km of Istmito, Hostal Blue Olas has a bar, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. The owner is very helpful with everything you need, provides information and recommendations for all the islands and can organize tours or transportation even directly from the hostel. Patio and shared area is very cozy.

A beautiful and charming hostel with a gorgeous view. Such friendly staff and really helpful. It has everything you need and you’ll leave with new friends too! I would definitely stay again :)
