At the hostel all rooms include air conditioning and a private bathroom. I stayed at Bambuda Lodge Santa Catalina in two different rooms, first a private house and then a room in the main building. Both were great, but what really stood out was the pool area with its magnificent view over the sea. I have visited several Bambuda locations and this one had the best food. The staff is incredibly friendly and can arrange anything you need, from Coiba tours to surf classes. The location is perfect, right between the two main beaches, making it easy to go back and forth. I ended up staying an extra day because I loved it so much. Highly recommend and a million thanks to the Bambuda Santa Catalina team for making my stay so memorable.

He speaks many languages so communication was easy. We learned a lot from him about the area. TORIO is a very small rural location in a lush tropical setting with very friendly people. Nearby is Playa TORIO which has good swimming.
