Free private parking is available on site. What a lovely place to stay and a breath of fresh air from the busyness of Bled. It's only 7 kms away but it feels like a world apart. It makes a great base to explore around. We actually rented some bikes from them and spent the morning riding around the lake. The guy in the reception (afternoon/evening shift when we got there) is terrific!! So helpful and kind!! He gave us a lot of tips and helped us on everything. The room was large enough and the bathroom, just across the corridor, spotless clean. There were a couple more nearby, so we never had to wait. The facilities in teh hostel are really good. We ate out, so didn't hve thechance to use the kitchen, but it all looked great (even the dining room). It's cozy and very original set up, as it used to be a monastery. It's just by the church (and cementery) so expect the bell to ring from time to time. Overall,a great option for Bled and the area.
