From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the location—just steps away from the crystal-clear water and sandy shore. The view from the common areas was stunning, especially at sunset, making it the perfect spot to relax and meet other travelers. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to give tips on exploring the island. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the vibe was lively yet laid-back.

Everyone works so hard all the time to ensure the guests will see everything clear, organized and with a good atmosphere. Of course, water, banana, coffee and offered to everyone is another plus.

This place is an absolute hidden gem in the heart of Phi Phi! I was blown away by how amazing it is. The hostel is super clean, the beds are comfy, and I slept like a baby. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home. They’ve got everything you need—well-maintained facilities, snacks and drinks, free breakfast sandwiches, and even tours and transport options—all at a great price. And the view? Just wow. The name says it all, Sweet Dee Hostel has a breathtaking view that I’ll always associate with Phi Phi. Sharing two pics: one from the chill area and another showing the path to the hostel. Trust me, this place is a true hidden gem!

This was one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at, I stayed two nights and on the third night I was entirely stuck for a place to stay and the amazing staff let me stay downstairs. They were so hospitable throughout my whole stay, they couldn’t have been any better as hosts!! Also the facilities were absolutely perfect, the cleaner was constantly cleaning so the place was immaculate and felt really comfortable. Loved it! John, from the UK
