The best part however where the girls who run the place. They are super sweet! It felt like staying with friends :)

There was an area outside the room to relax and coffee, tea, and water were provided. They also prepared a lovely breakfast. There was plenty of fruit and it was delicious. Also, all the staff were very friendly and we got some great pictures!

We arrived in the late evening after landing at JRO. We spent there just one night before embarking on a safari in Serengeti. We were given two beautiful rooms - they were of great size and very comfortable. The rooms had a universal power plug --- a very thoughtful for international travelers. The bathroom was sizeable, the internet worked very well. The owners prepared a REALLY delicious dinner for us. The dining room was very stylish, and the meal was awesome! Breakfast was really good as well.

Highly recommend it if you want an affordable stay while in Arusha. It's a little out of central Arusha but there are plenty of activities on offer through the hostel. Definitely do the coffee plantation tour if you can. The breakfast and dinner meals here were the best local food we had in Tanzania. So delicious!

You can play billiards at the hostel, and car hire is available. Amazing people! Very clean and comfortable rooms! Each room has a mini fridge, wow! We could have cold water everywhere (wow again!) and did a little grocery, very practical! We had 2 rooms (family of 4) and one room even had a gas stove. We cooked a few meals at home and it made us save money. Each room also has a ceiling fan, which made the room nice and cold. The breakfast cooked by the girls were always good and big (extra fees). The villa is in a calm area. It was very nice to walk around and it was nice to see the kids going or finishing school. They are all so sweet and kind. There is also a little market down the streets. For sure, to go downtown or anywhere, you need to call a taxi, but there were so many positive aspects that it was worth it. Finally, the people owning and working at the villa are all amazing! It was sad to say goodbye to them! If you want to spend a few relax and easy days in Arusha, I recommend you Home Villa ❤️
