Their prompt support made the situation much easier and left a great impression.

Public Transportation is only a block away, hop on the 'L' at the Addison station to take you downtown or further north. Free WiFi is available to guests. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful. The location is great, there are lots of great bars and restaurants around. It's just 3 mins away by walking from the redline subway, which operates 24/7. So it's also very easy to go downtown. It was a great experience to stay in Wrigley Hostel.
