## The space Welcome to my home! Our apartment is composed of: - A living room with a comfy sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. A dining table for 2 is at your disposal. - A bedroom with a queen bed that will be made up with hotel-quality linen. - A fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and all the kitchenware that you need. There's also a washer that you can use. - A bathroom with a bathtub. - Access to shared facilities in the building: The swimming pool, and gym. Fresh towels and bedsheets are provided, along with complimentary toiletries, cleaning, and sanitization before your arrival. Enjoy your stay! ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
