Welcome to the A&B apartment! The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building. A place where it is in excellent condition very well furnished and equipped. There is a balcony with a coffee table to enjoy the fresh air as well as your morning-afternoon coffee-tea. In the living room there is a huge and very comfortable sofa where a bed can be made (comfortably fits 2 people). Ceiling Fan and Air Condition also in living room. Very fast and free WiFi. Smart TV 42 'with Netflix, YouTube, Spotify and more. Also in the living room there is the dining room, the refrigerator, the oven and the kitchen. In the cupboards there are dishes, cutlery, pots and everything else you need. Also, at the entrance behind the door there is storage space for your luggages and everything else you need to save. In the bedroom you will find a lovely and comfortable Super King Size bed where it is exactly what you need for your vacation. Fan, wardrobe, towels, sheets, furniture pillows and mirror. The bathroom has a washing machine, toilet paper, detergents and cleaners. As well as a water heater for you to adjust whenever you want hot water.
Our apartment is located in an organized complex of apartment buildings with Security Guard and space with Free Parking. The apartment is ideal for couples, families, business travelers and friends traveling together. Comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. You will love the position of the apartment because is in a neighbourhood with a lot of quiet and is just 2-3 minutes walk from the incredible sand beach, restaurants, bars and leisure activities.
