The building has been renovated in such a way that it has a fantastic view in all its recreational areas, but also from most of the rooms. Located on a hill, and 100 m from the seashore, it creates easy access to bars and restaurants, supermarkets. , with the health center and ATM and Banks

Himara has two castles, a cave, some very attractive villages, the Borshi waterfall, and many wonderful and unexplored bays.
