KC Apartment 2 is a comfortable and cozy apartment, suitable for families or groups of up to 4–5 people with a living room and a bedroom. It has an area of 56 m² and is located in a quiet area with a relaxing view of Mount Tomorr. The building is new and has an elevator. The apartment is on the 5th floor, number 23. The building is 100 meters from the Regional Police Directorate of Berat, 600 meters from the city center, and is accessible from several different roads. We offer private parking and an airport shuttle service. The apartment's kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and facilities. The balcony is a relaxing space with a view, room to move, and rocking chairs. Cleanliness, comfort, communication, and responsibility are our strong points.
