New apartment, 74 square meters, all for you, comes for the first time in booking. Located in one of the most favorite areas of Tirana, Univers City, is a city in itself, where tranquility prevails. Located only 7 km from Mother Teresa airport (Rinas) and 5 km from the center of Tirana, it makes this a perfect place to spend your holidays. Only 5 min distance from QTU (univers shopping center) where you can find everything you need starting from coffee bar, restaurant, to market, shopping and everything else. Bus station to Tirana Center only 5 min walk.Free Beers and Water of course. You are welcome 🤗🙏
