Our studios are located on the top floor of a well-maintained building constructed in 2011, offering privacy, comfort, and amazing views. Each unit features a private bathroom, A/C, Wi-Fi, balcony or large veranda, and access to a beautiful rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city, mountains, and sunsets. The property is served by a private elevator that goes directly to the top floor. Located just 5 km from the city center, the building is steps away from the bus stop, a 2-minute walk to Bunk’Art 1, and only 3–4 minutes to the Dajti Cable Car. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs, and all essential services, our studios are perfect for a peaceful and convenient stay in Tirana.

Whether you're visiting Tirana for a short getaway or a longer stay, we’re here to help with tips, local recommendations, and anything else you might need.
