Our Guest will have grand amount of choices. The walking distance from Republic Square is only 2 min. , The main avenue The Northern Avenue an88d The Opera and Baleth Theatre are located in 4 min. walking distance from our spot. In general the neighborhood is new in Yerevan, and quite enough to be able to enjoy and relax during your stay.
Communicable, easy-going, helpful owner. We provide with anything you might need during your stay such as slippers, soap, cooking utensils etc. Anything else additional you might need , we'll do our best to help. Your satisfaction and comfortablness is our main priority. We wish you to have a memorable stay in our city, to leave with positive feelings.
