Please note that the Ecotax is the fee that each guest pays to the municipality of the city of San Carlos de Bariloche, for each night of accommodation (up to a maximum of three overnight stays). The funds raised are used to create or improve tourist infrastructure and thus offer more options to enjoy every corner of Bariloche.

Value of AR $415.00 per night (until 12/15/2023), per person. This fee is paid at the time of Check-in through the municipality's website.

Please note that guests arriving after 18:00 hs. should inform the property prior to their arrival.

Upon check-in all guests should present their booking in a printed or digital version.

Please note the based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodation and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.
