The '12er Loft' is the Attic in the '12er Huus', which was renovated from 2022 to 2024 in a high-quality and sustainable manner.
Since our nature is close to our hearts, regional wood was used for the renovation and the old building fabric was preserved as much as possible. We draw our green electricity from our own photovoltaic system. If you arrive by car, there are two charging stations and four parking spaces available. We have also thought of your sports equipment and offer a lockable bicycle and ski depot. Our terrace garden (still under construction) is expected to be available to all guests for communal use from autumn 2024.
We owe the house name '12er Huus' on the one hand to the house number '12' and on the other hand to the rather challenging 12er-Kopf, which dominates the mountain scenery on the opposite side of the valley.
From the perspective of the '12er Huus', the silhouette of the mountain reminds us of a sitting old man, which is why the mountain was simply called 'Grandpa' in our childhood years. At sunset, 'dr Zwölfr' - as the mountain is addressed in dialect - often glows in a wonderful evening red.
I am very pleased that they are spending their holidays in the '12er Huus'.
I am very curious to see how they like the newly built accommodation and whether they are as enthusiastic as we are about the possibilities offered in the surrounding area.
Be it hiking, cycling, climbing, mountaineering, mountain biking in summer or skiing, boarding, touring or cross-country skiing in winter - we believe there is something for everyone.

The '12er Huus' are in a prime location, within walking distance of various amenities. The bus stop, ski lift and grocery shop are all within easy walking distance.
But the best is undoubtedly the romantic sound of the brook, the wonderful view into the valley and the spectacular mountain scenery that you can enjoy from your accommodation.
