Your Home in Graz! Trendy and central – that´s the apartment Joanneum. Located in the heart of Graz offers the apartment modern and comfortable facilities. Whether you are planning a city break or are on business in Graz, our apartment will be your home while you are in the Styrian capital. Look over the roofs of Graz! The attic apartment is located on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a built in 1640 historic building with an arcaded courtyard and provides guests with fantastic views over the city – Schlossberg view is included! The new high quality and modern equipment apartment gives you the perfect feel-good atmosphere after a busy day in Graz. Even you are in the middle of the city, it is quiet and peaceful. The apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people and includes a modern double bedroom and a private living area with flat-screen TV - cable included - and a Ligne Roset pull out sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and tabs, fridge with 1 bottle of wine for free!!!, oven, dining area, towels and sheets are provided. Free Wi-Fi, a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee for free, tea , milk and sugar as well as the keyless entry system offer additional luxury.

While walking you see the most important attractions of Graz. The main square , from where you can go with any tram , is just 150 meters away Several other public transport can be reached in just a few minutes . Because of the direct center location are many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding environment and will invite you after a long day in Graz to a culinary linger. The Casino Graz is located in the immediate vicinity, only about 50 meters away . The car can get parked just 5 minutes away in the garage of the Hotel Weitzer for EUR 17 , - per day and gets garaged very safely. Around the apartment is a limited parking zone .
