Ideally located near centre of Sankt Michael, close to shops and restaurants, in winter ski bus stops outside apartment, The apartment is a large maisonette, apartment has all you will need for your stay, cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine. Free wifi is available in the apartment. THE APARTMENT IS BASED ON 4 PEOPLE.
We are a friendly British family who have been visiting Austria and St Michael for years, we attempt to ski in the winter but have come to love the summer months even more, we like to bike, walk and hike the local trails, swim in the local pools ( open air and under cover ), and generally chill out on holiday.
St Michael is a small quiet family friendly town, which is only 1.5hrs south of Salzburg airport, there are in winter several good ski area's just a few minutes drive by car or bus, the bus stop is directly outside the apartment building, and in winter is free on your ski pass. There are walking and biking trails abound in the area, with the ski lifts and mountain huts opening up in the summer too. The town boasts several top end hotels and good quality restaurants , and for a small town it has 3 supermarkets!!. The area is best suited to families and couples, and has in general managed to stay off the main tour operators radar, so the ski runs are generally quiet. The ski hire shops double up as bike hire in the summer months, you can rent mountain bikes or even electric bikes at reasonable rates.
