It is only through our reliable cooperation that several thousand landlords trust us, for whom we realise bookings every day. +++ After booking, you will receive the booking confirmation from us on behalf of the landlord with all details of the booking, the property description and the payment information. +++ After receiving your down payment (25%) and the final payment (approx. 4-6 weeks before the start of the rental), we will send you the rental voucher with all the information for check-in. +++ In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled, please cancel via the customer page of Booking. Payable on the spot: final cleaning 85 EUR per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: baby cot 13 EUR per bed under 6 years per day. Wireless Internet access 2,50 EUR all inclusive per day. For a fee: roll delivery service (the ordered goods are paided directly on the spot to the landlord). Pets: not allowed.
