End the day on the balcony overlooking the distinctive mountain landscape. What a dream! Krimml is known as the place where you can find Europe's largest waterfalls. Active holidaymakers get their money's worth thanks to the many hiking and cycling routes. From Krimml, a trip to Gerlos and the adjacent Durlassboden Stausee is also highly recommended! Here you can take a nice walk around the lake or enjoy a pedal boat ride! In winter, you can catch the ski bus at 400 m from the house to the popular ski area Zillertal Arena. Due to its central location, you can also reach the Wildkogel-Arena ski area in 15 car minutes. This ski area has a toboggan run with a length of 14 km. You start at the mountain station of the Smaragdbahn and end in Bramberg am Wildkogel.
