Very comfortable, idyllically situated house (half chalet). The house is comfortable and has a warm, bright atmosphere. There are 4 spacious bedrooms with 8 beds (90x200). 3 bathrooms, 1 with bath, an extra (3rd) toilet. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Sauna (6p) in the basement. In the living room, with large windows that offer plenty of views of the valley and the mountains, an authentic stove is present. Furthermore, central heating in all rooms. There are in the house 3 flat TVs. Of course there is WiFi available. Furthermore, a washing machine and a dryer. The house has its own sunny garden (gate prevents small children just be down) slopes down to a mountain stream. Outside eat on the large balcony or in the garden of 11. 00-19. 00 hours is plenty of sunshine. There are two parking spaces on site. We also arrange bed linen and a towel package for you incl. in the rent price. The bedding consists of a single sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase. The towel package consists of a normal and bath towel. Dishcloth, hand and dry towel for the kitchen. Spa tax incl. in the price. Evtl. additonal costs depending on the composition of your family/group.
Hiking and mountain bike trails start literally on your doorstep. Restaurants, small supermarket, ski slopes and gondola at 1km (as the crow flies 300m, Brunnachlift). Shops and other facilities, wed two beautiful wellness centers with indoor and outdoor pools, are 5 km away in Bad Kleinkirchheim. Tennis at 1 km. Superb 18 hole golf course at 6 km. The Feldsee, Afritzer See, Millstätter See and Ossiacher See (water in summer> 25 gr) can all be reached in 15-30 minutes by car.
