Drau Lodge has started their activity in the summer of 2025 and is aiming on Summer- and Winter Clients. In summer Drau lodge is ideal located in between the famous lakes like Worther see, Faaker see and Ossiacher See and attracts people from a lot of different countries who are visiting the area for divers activities. For Bikers the Drau Lodge is perfect situated, directly on the SeenSchleife and Drau Radweg. In Winter Drau Lodge is perfect situated for skiing. Ski Area Gerlitzen is the most ideal, only 8 minutes by car, also Katschberg or Nassfeld are two beautifull options for a great day of skiing during your stay. We offer our guests everyday a good continental breakfast from 8 till 9.30h in the special breakfast area. We hope to see you soon @ Drau Lodge.

CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR SPECIAL 2025 / 2026. During this period we offering our guests a welcoming drink, daily access to Sauna, special breakfast. All included in the room price! ................ Drau Lodge is newly built and is located directly on the Drau- and Seenschleife Bicycle path , the two most used bicycle routes in Carinthia. Drau Lodge is situated at an dead end street but for guests reachable by Car, on the property there are three parking spots reserved for the clients of Drau Lodge. (EV charger is also available) The train-station of Föderlach is only 10 walk minutes away, from there the connection to Villach or Klagenfurt (each 30 min) is daily possible. Drau lodge offers thier guest a garden of 3000 m2 where they can relax and enjoy the beautiful quiet scenery of the mountains and nature. A finish sauna is available, with relaxing area, available upon reservation during stay. The sauna area with glass sliding front can also be used for personal Yoga session. On the property is a covered bicycle parking with charging sockets for the bikes. For Electric Vehicles there is a E-charger available. In Winter Drau Lodge is the perfect stay to visit the ski slopes, Gerlitzen alpen is only 8 min. drive from the property. Ski gear can be stored in the dedicated heated ski room. All rooms and bathrooms have underfloor heating to make the stay at Drau lodge more comfortable. The heated Wintergarten can be used for groups to have a nice evening together. Drau Lodge is bookable for Winter Season Now!! from Friday 9 january 2026 until end March 2026. The Drau Lodge offers three double bedrooms with 180 x 200 cm boxspring beds. Each Bedroom has a bathroom ensuite, with shower, double sink/mirrors and toilet. Each bedroom has its own private outside terrace with furniture. Breakfast every morning from 8.00h till 9.30h. Sauna bookable on request for 10 euro each.(payable at property during stay). Drau Lodge will be equiped with swimming pool as from May 2026!

Drau Lodge is situated in the middle of the lake area, (2km) Faaker See - (9 km)Ossiacher See and (7 km)Worther See. Drau Lodge which is situated directly on the two most used bike routes of Carinthia ensures their clients a lot of biking fun every day. Each day different bike routes can be taken with the Drau lodge as start and finishing point. Gerlitzen ski Area is only 8 minutes drive from Drau Lodge and offers in Winter an ideal ski area for people who don't want a too busy ski area, most of the time there are no waiting times before entering the lifts, just perfect. Katschberg and Nassfeld, both bigger area's are a "must have visit" for guests who stay longer, a nice mix of ski areas will make the visit at Drau lodge a beautiful winter experience.
