Your hosts are Martha and Christian Mader. If our time allows, we also like to travel, especially with our four children. We can therefore claim to know the needs and desires of a guest. We ask ourselves what is pleasant to us as a guest, which also includes providing the guest with as much information as possible and the presence of the host as desired. We look forward to welcoming you as guests.

Property information

The apartments Mader are located in the center of Kolsass, on the 2nd or 3rd floor of our building with private access. The apartments, with a wonderful view over the rooftops of Kolsass, can be reached comfortably by our lift, directly from your reserved parking space. The keys for the apartment and the lockable bicycle room are given to you when you are welcomed by us as hosts. At the welcome youwill also receive the information you require and we would love to answer your open questions. The apartments offers all the comforts you are used to from home, but if you still miss something, we will try to take care of it.

Neighbourhood information

Our house is centrally located on the village road. The Inntal cycle path passes in the immediate vicinity. Countless running tracks and hiking trails complete the desire for sport and exercise. Furthermore, playgrounds are also accessible on foot for our young guests. In winter, the small ski area on the Kolsassberg is ideal for the first turns of your little ones. At 50m distance there is the opportunity to end a perfect day in the swimming and wellness area of the Hotel Rettenberg.
