We are a quiet situated start-up apartment house in a central location in Ried in the Zillertal.
The ski areas Kaltenbach/Hochzillertal and Spieljoch are in the immediate vicinity. The ski areas Zillertal Arena in Zell am Ziller and the Hintertux Glacier (open 365 days a year) in the Ski and Glacier World Zillertal 3000 are only a few kilometers away by car or public transport. Our top location to ski rental and ski areas offers an ideal starting point for your winter vacation. The ski bus stop is only a few minutes' walk from our house. Not only skiers get their money's worth with us. Various cross-country trails, toboggan runs and ice skating rinks offer various leisure options for the whole family.
Even in summer our house offers the perfect starting point for numerous activities. With its 532 kilometers of well-developed hiking trails, the Zillertal creates an alpine experience for everyone - from simple and leisurely walks to challenging tours to our numerous peaks in the area. There is also a lot on offer for our little guests in the Zillertal. The various adventure playgrounds, alpine pastures and mountain lakes are also easy to reach with the mountain railways. In the valley, cycle paths, swimming pools and amusement parks offer everything you need for an experience for the whole family.
Innsbruck is 36 km away and Mayrhofen is 16 km away. The nearest airport is Innsbruck Airport, 40 km away. Restaurants and a grocery store are in close proximity to us.
