The house is very spacious with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (two private and two shared) and a shared fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In this way, even several families or, for example, a large group of friends can spend their vacation together. There will be maximum two rooms which will share one shared bathroom, so even if you select room with a shared bathroom you will have enough comfort and privacy during your stay. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you wish to rent the whole place for your group, this is also possible. Twin room with the shared bathroom is situated on the ground floor. From the family room you will have access to one additional room where you have sofa, board games and books so it is a great place to get together and have some fun. On the first floor other 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen with a dining table are situated. Each bedroom has a king size bed, two bedrooms have a private bathroom, 3rd bathroom is on the hallway however you have a water sink in both bedrooms which are without an en-suite bathroom. Please note that there is no sink in the family and in the twin room on the ground floor. We are happy to provide a cot and a high chair for your toddler during your stay. You will have access to a shared fully equipped kitchen where you have refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and plates, glasses and cutlery. There is a spacious dining table so you can enjoy your meals there. Views on the mountains can be admired also from balconies which are accessible from bedrooms and the hallway on the first floor. For our guests we also provide a place to store your skis and a ski-boots dryer. Skibus stop (for Stuben where St Anton ski resort starts) is located 2-3 minutes by walk from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and grocery stores located in the walking distance from the apartment. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

Have a unique opportunity to enjoy your holiday surrounded by mountains, couple of minutes by drive to St. Anton ski resort! House St. Martin is located in Klösterle, beautiful village which is located only 5 minutes by drive from Stuben, where the St. Anton ski resort begins. In 5 minutes drive you can also reach Sonnenkopf ski station, which is ideal especially for families with children, but not only! There is a bus station situated 2-3 minutes by walk from the house. A bus can take you from there to Stuben which is the start of the St. Anton ski resort.
