The accommodation consists of several separate housing units that are not directly connected to each other. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot. This combo of three apartments located between the ski resorts of Lachtal and Hohentauern offers larger parties the opportunity to spend a wonderful holiday together, yet with some privacy. They have been completely renovated and equipped with all amenities. Together, the apartments have five bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, shower and toilet, and several terraces. This house is located right between the ski resorts of Lachtal and Hochentauern, but even outside the winter period, the beautiful nature invites you to go hiking, cycling and lounging, because you can do that here to your heart's content. In summer, there is a public swimming pool as well as, for example, tennis courts in the region. Activities at the nearby Red Bull Ring, such as the air show "Air Power", the Formula 1 Grand Prix and the MotoGP in summer. There is a 24/7 accessible laundrette in the building and some of the other apartments are also rented out on a tourist basis and some on a long-term basis.
