Because of its location against a hill in the mountains, the living area of this house is on the upper floor The particularly versatile holiday region of Murau is a great place to spend both summer and winter. The new gondola inaugurated in winter 2023 and the slopes are right next to this resort. The cosy village of Sankt Lambrecht is a stone's throw away and has some cosy restaurants and can be easily reached on foot. In winter, a fantastic and snow-sure family ski area with the very modern new gondola lift is at your disposal here, so no queues at the lift. In summer, a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. You will find many nice shops and cosy terraces here. Besides beautiful walks in the mountains, you can also walk or cycle the River Mur Cycling Trail here. This is a famous cycle path along the River Mur right through the region.
