Hotel Pension Hubertus enjoys a quiet location next to the CityXpress cable car, a 3-minute walk from the centre. It offers alpine-style rooms and a charming garden. Breakfast is served in the cosy alpine-style dining room featuring a tiled stove. If you inform the property about allergies, your breakfast will be prepared accordingly. Snacks, mulled wine and other hot drinks are available on request throughout the day. All guest rooms at Pension Hubertus have a private bathroom and a cable TV. Anti-allergenic rooms are available. A small kitchen is at guests’ disposal free of charge. Some rooms offer a balcony. A bicycle rental and a ski rental are available on site. At Hotel Hubertus guests can make use of the ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. From 15 May to 15 October, the Zell am See-Kaprun Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses or free admission to indoor and outdoor pools.

Hotel Hubertus has been a favourite of guests from all over the world for 60 years. Our central location means you can reach the centre of Zell am See in just a few minutes on foot and the CityXpress gondola to the Schmittenhöhe hiking and skiing paradise is right next to us. Beate and Bernd are wonderful hosts, not just because of the organic buffet breakfast with typical regional foods but also because of their kind-hearted Pinzgau attitude, appreciated by guests of all nationalities, many of whom return again and again. In 2006 the Hubertus was the first hotel to be awarded the Austrian Environmental seal of approval, demonstrating the high value we place on environmental protection and sustainability.
It was back on 1st June 1954 that Maria and Alois Dutzler opened the 3 star Hotel Hubertus, since when it has remained in the family with Beate and Bernd the third generation to run it after Traudi and Oswald Mondré handed them the reins in 1997. Bernd's favourite spot is the small, cosy après-ski area in front of the main entrance. He enjoys keeping his guests entertained with music, delicious drinks and, whenever the opportunity arises, happily in Russian! Beate keeps a watchful eye on everything and is always available to guests. Whether you need tips on where to go on excursions, skiing lessons or simply where to enjoy a lovely evening meal, Beate knows how to make your stay as pleasant as possible and can organize it all!
