Built in 1574 as a shipmaster’s house, Renaissancehotel Raffelsberger Hof B&B is a protected building in the historic village centre of Weißenkirchen in the Wachau. It offers rooms with free WiFi, free parking, and a varied breakfast buffet. The bright rooms all provide individual furnishings and come with a TV and a private bathroom with a bath or shower. All rooms and suites offer air conditioning. Guests of the Raffelsberger Hof B&B can enjoy fine wines in the renaissance vaults of the lounge, which is open 24 hours a day. You can also try out the nearby Heurigen, traditional Austrian taverns serving homegrown wine and local specialities. To explore the surroundings, guests can rent bicycles on site at an additional cost. Krems is a 15-minute drive away, and Melk Abbey can be reached in a 25-minute drive.
