Set in the heart of the country town with an easy walk to the hotels, cafes & shops; Akyra is an elegant 2 level home with spacious open plan entertaining areas. Separate upstairs parents retreat with queen bed, day bed overlooking the garden and king bath and walk in shower toilet. Downstairs there is 1 queen bedroom and next to that room there are 2 singles. Toilet, shower downstairs as well for convenience. Large lounge with huge floor to ceiling windows overlooking a unique garden. Open wood fire to enjoy the ambiance with plenty of lounge seating. The dining space has a 8 seat boardroom dining table with double doors to access the bbq dining deck. The gallery kitchen has more than enough to cater for large groups.
I am proud to present my property as very clean and thoughtful of guests needs to ensure they all have a wonderful accommodation experience and enjoy Trentham. I enjoy the countryside and exploring off road. I enjoy gardening and have an interest in horses, family time and my little dog.
Great safe, quiet neighbourhood that offers visitors a look into the country lifestyle through keeping its old world look with unique shops, foodie cafes and the popular Cosmopolitan Hotel. The Trentham waterfall is a beautiful site in wet weather. Daylesford is only a 20 minute drive to experience the Spa country.
