Located in the Mirvac Bridgepoint Tower, next to The Sebel Hotel. Why stay in a pokey motel room when you can stay in a fully furnished residential apartment for less. Full use of facilities including heated swimming pool, gym and spa. Undercover secure parking for two cars. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with one queen and two singles beds and can accommodate 4. The two single beds can be joined to form another queen if needed for couples. Please state your preferred bedding configuration when booking. High calibre property in a great location within walking distance to the town centre and easy access to the walkway. Apartment overlooks the Mandurah Estuary and Peel Inlet with views from the 5th floor balcony. Rates include a weekly linen and towel change. ***PLEASE NOTE that key collection is not where the property is located but at another location nearby.
