This property is a BNB style property and is a large self contained room under a house in a residential neighbourhood. The North easterly ocean views from this street are some of the best that Buderim has to offer and it is only a short walk to shops and restaurants. This 1970 house is perched up high surrounded by multi-million dollars homes. The ocean is clearly visible even from your bed. The driveway is very steep and cars should not drive down but the property is charming and comfortable. You'll love the new Nova latex mattress, newly renovated bathroom and 50 inch TV. Because the property is timber and the location is very quiet the property is not suitable for guests who are awake after 11pm as others in the property will be sleeping at that time..
Self check in is available using the key safe at the door. We will respect your privacy and will not interrupt your stay unless invited. We are very happy to talk with you and provide any information you need including our thoughts on the best restaurants. We will wait until you approach us for information. We may need to attend to garden maintenance around your unit.
The street is very quiet although some neighbours have chickens which can sometimes get clucky in the morning. Local shops are only a few hundred metres away including a convenience store and bottle shop There is also a lovely rain forrest walk at the bottom of the street. Beautiful views are all around. It is a nice walk 600m to local shops and the buderim centre is 1.7km away. There are regular buses into Mooloolaba and Maroochydore and on from there to many other places. A bus card can be purchased from the news agency 600m up the road on Buderim Mooloolaba Road. We recommend visiting the Ten Toes brewery at the bottom of Buderim Hill.
