If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind or a well equipped bayside “work from home” location this spot is for you. Located in a quiet area, tucked away from the crowds, you can chill with a cold one on the balcony enjoying spectacular views of Gunnamatta Bay or join the party by the beach which is just short walk away. Also nearby are Gunnamatta baths, restaurants and shops, cinema, ferry and train giving ready access to the CBD. You’ll love it! This is our family weekender and we love it here. It’s comfortable, quiet, picturesque and central. It is a newly renovated three bedroom, two bathroom waterfront reserve apartment in a 1960s block (with lift). This apartment has spectacular views over Gunnamatta bay from the living room, kitchen, queen bed room and master bedroom. It is a short walk to the beach, Gunnamatta baths, restaurants and shops, cinema, ferry and train. Although there is secure off street parking, there is hardly a need to drive as you can get pretty much everything you need by walking to the local shops or you can catch the train to the airport, CBD or shopping precincts including Miranda. It has comfortable sleeping arrangements with a king size bed in the main bedroom (room sleeps 2), queen size bed and king single loft bed in bedroom 2 (room sleeps 3) and in the third bedroom is a king single loft bed, a single bed and a trundle single (room sleeps 3). For the student or those working from home this apartment offers free wifi with high speed internet access, desks with monitors and laptop stands in two rooms and a desk in the third. This apartment gets great cross ventilation capturing the sea breeze. Each room also has a fan (ceiling, wall or free standing depending on furniture configuration).
We've been hosting short term stays at apartment for 7 years and love to introduce people to the fantastic lifestyle in Cronulla. We love it when our guests leave relaxed and invigorated having experienced everything there is to offer in this fantastic sea side location.
Cronulla is a beach side suburb south of Sydney with plenty of great surf beaches, sea pools and calm beaches for the kids. There are fantastic restaurants, shops, a ferry service to Bundeena where you can walk in the spectacular national parks and Sydney CBD is an easy and scenic 50 min train trip from the nearby train station.
