Welcome to Coombs Hill Barn! A genuine 160 year old American Barn imported from Indiana, USA in 2018 and lovingly restored and rebuilt in the shadow of Mt Buller overlooking the pristine Delatite Valley. Coombs Hill Barn is a truly unique luxury private home set on 100 acres of farming land in Victoria's High Country. Perfect for couples, groups and families alike, Coombs Hill is ideal for a family birthday, anniversary celebration, group getaway, small event or elopement.
Hey! We are Katherine & Wade, married with two energetic boys, we love the Victorian countryside and can’t wait to share our unique Barn stay with you. You will have the entire property to yourselves during your stay. Should we not be able to meet you upon your arrival, you will be given detailed information on how to access the property. We will be available via text, email or phone during your stay.
Merrijig the perfect location to enjoy all that Victorias High Country has to offer. With its close proximity to Mt Buller and Mt Stirling, the region is an ideal place to stay to enjoy all your winter sports within minutes drive. The entry gate to Mt Buller/Mt Stirling is an easy 15 minute drive from Coombs Hill Barn. During the warmer months the region is known for its hiking trails, bike trails, fishing and swimming in the Delatite River, boating on Lake Eildon, horse riding and 4 wheel driving. The region is also known for its wine and gourmet produce, with an array of vineyards, cafes and restaurants in the local area and in Mansfield town. Due to the remote nature of the property, you will need a car to access the House. ** The house is accessed via an unsealed dirt road. Please drive slowly and watch out for crossing wildlife (especially during dusk and dawn)
