Just 5km to Sydney CBD in the heart of the village lifestyle of Crows Nest and St Leonards, this executive styled 2-Storey - 3 Bedroom Penthouse apartment is complete with 3 queen size bedrooms all with private balconies, maximising abundant natural light and interiors that express simplicity and elegance; - Large open plan lounge room, kitchen and dining room - Well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher - 2 Spacious queen bedrooms with own en-suites - 1 Double bedroom downstairs with fold up bed to easily convert into a functional home office. - Split system individually controlled air-conditioning in all rooms - Laundry with washing machine and separate clothes dryer
We are a family of 5, living in Manly, NSW. Geoff and Em also provide paid walking tours around Manly and its famous North Head bush lands. Guests can request a meet and greet and can contact them directly by phone.
Crows Nest has a fun, village atmosphere with good restaurants and nightlife. Our penthouse apartment is centrally located to all transport, including short walk to St Leonards train station and 500m to the new Metro rail providing direct access to CBD A brand-new retail plaza with a Coles supermarket is just 80m away. With open-air dining a convenience at vibrant and cosmopolitan bakeries, alfresco eateries, cool wine bars and more, all right where you live. Our penthouse apartment is centrally located to all transport, including a short walk to St Leonards train station and 500m to the new Metro rail providing direct access to Sydney CBD. With a variety of bus stops close by, bus and rail travel is both cheap and easy. For late night travels Uber and taxis are always in abundance.
