Super convenient location. 20 mins to the Central of Melbourn CBD by direct train stop at Gardiner Station. 3 min walk from Gardiner Train Station. 1 min walk from Tram Stop. 6 min walk from Supermarket. 5 min walk from Bus Stop. 4 min walk from public Swimming Pool & Gym. 2 min drive into the freeway. The house is fully furnished and with central heating. It will be cleaned regularly by the house owner. So the house is always going to be nice and clean for you to enjoy it :) (A house with bedroom x 2, bathroom x 2, car park x 2, living room x 1, kitchen x 1, laundry x 1, outdoor space x 2, etc.) Information for Pickup from the airport -- We are in a super convenient location. Only 4 mins walk to Gardiner Train Station. Please contact us if you need help with the way to our place. We can give you clear direction from the airport to our home by train.
