Keys are not required for access to the Villa as Indulge at Hepburn has a keyless security system for guest convenience. Guests are provided with an exclusive access code, which is entered in the digital key pad for entry. Details are provided to the guest in a confirmation letter sent via email once payment has been successfully processed.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The wood fire is not permitted to be used on total fire ban days.

A king size bed is provided to add a little luxury to the guest's stay.

There is a 3.05% charge plus GST when you pay with an American Express or JCB credit card.

For Valentine's Day or any other special occasion, premium Tasmanian sparkling white wine and exquisite chocolates are available for $90 at time of booking. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
