Centrally located a stones throw from the CBD, this unique spacious apartment includes two living areas with wrap around verandah, kitchenette and ensuite. Features lovely views across Duck Bay and over the township. Balcony is cloaked with a very old purple wisteria which is absolutely spectacular when in flower. The entrance hall is a mini gallery featuring art work by family ,friends and local artists.
Available all hours for any help or assistance.
We are central to Smithton CBD. Well lit, safe and close to all restaurants and businesses.
Parking is easy, directly infront of accommodation. Central Smithton location.
