Nestled in a premium location that is close to everything: Monash University; Springvale, The Glen, Chadstone Shopping Centre. Our superb townhouses are offering 3 brand new bedrooms with separate levels for living and sleeping stretching from indoors to outside with effortless ease. Also, there is a spacious open plan family living layout. Stunning contemporary finishes in the kitchen with all the equipment and applicants, A/C to all bedrooms and living areas.

It's a high-end area so please respect our neighbors. Please do not park the car on the driveway. Alternatively, you can park the car at "visitor area" if you want to go in and out quickly. Otherwise, please park your car in our double garage. Thank you. Main shopping complex across the street including Spotlight, Coles supermarket, Ikea, Bunning Warehouse. 5 minutes’ drive to Monash University, Monash and Eastlink Freeways within easy reach. Mulgrave is a business and culture center, it could be noisy when major event, road works and happy weekenders.
