This property has been lovingly styled in a comfortable and relaxed setting to maximize your stay. Enjoy the generous living space, with polished floorboards, lounge style sofas and additional seating. You're sure to enjoy a lazy day with both indoor / outdoor living amongst a beautiful garden setting. You’ll be in for a great night's sleep with all bedrooms boasting quality queen mattresses and gorgeous linen bedding. The house has a strict no party policy.
Love travelling to locations ( and homes) that are unique.
Mount Clear is on the outskirts of Ballarat (around 5 kms to the center of Ballarat) but there is a lovely community shopping center (Midvale) which has an independent supermarket, butcher, bakery, gym, newsagent, cafe, etc, The property is 2 kms from Sovereign Hill, 4 kms from the Wildlife Park, 5.5kms to the Train Station, 7 kms to Lake Wendouree and 4 kms from the village setting of Buninyong. Ballarat has lots to offer but if you want to explore the region then consider Daylesford and Hepburn which are home to Cafe's and Day Spas (40 mins), The Grampians for bush walking and wildlife (90 min), Melbourne (70 min on the train) and many other country towns.
