Hi! We’re Jack and Zoe — the faces behind Sage’s.
Jack is a local builder who runs his own construction company here in town, and Zoe works as a butcher in her family’s long-running butcher shop.
We started Sage’s in April 2025 with the goal of creating a welcoming, comfortable space for travellers — and to help provide a better future for our three young children.
Thank you for supporting our small family-run stay. We hope you enjoy your time in Hay as much as we love living here!
