Seacrest 9 is a spectacular apartment located on the absolute beachfront at Tugun beach and features stunning panoramic ocean views from Surfers Paradise to Snapper Rocks. This top floor apartment has been beautifully furnished and styled to offer a blissful getaway on the beach. Spread over two bright and airy levels, the lower-level offers open plan living and three spacious bedrooms. Airconditioning in the bedrooms and living area. The kitchen features island bench/breakfast bar opening out to the spacious living/dining area, plus dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of space to cook and entertain. There is a comfortably furnished loungeroom with smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi and dining bench with seating for 6. A private, covered balcony wraps around the loungeroom and kitchen offering the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while checking the surf. The master bedroom features luxurious king bed, second TV and ensuite with walk in shower. The second bedroom offers one queen bed, and the third offers one double bed. All bedrooms feature ocean views through the crisp white plantation shutters and built in wardrobes with plenty of storage. The lower level also has the main bathroom with walk in shower, and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs is an entertainer’s paradise with indoor bar and second living room and an incredible open-air rooftop terrace. With a comfortable outdoor lounge and dining setting, this is the perfect spot to enjoy sunset drinks with loved ones. Seacrest is a well maintained and secure block of apartment, with secure parking for 2 cars (tandem carpark). Unit 9 is located on the top floor with no lift access. Three levels of stairs from the basement to the unit. All linen including beach towels is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta.

Whether you’re looking for action and adventure or a peaceful place to unwind, the southern Gold Coast will not disappoint! It truly is a beautiful part of the world. Lined with Norfolk Pines, turquoise waters and white sand, the Southern Gold Coast is home to some of the Gold Coast’s best beaches. Enjoy a day at one of our glorious patrolled beaches- Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Tugun or Bilinga! Or head to Kirra Point, Snapper Rocks or Greenmount for world-class surfing. There’s plenty of whale watching opportunities from the heights of Kirra Point lookout or Point Danger, or pack a picnic and enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. From here you can look back to see the entire coastline up to Surfer’s Paradise and know that you have really slowed down. That doesn’t mean it’s boring! The southern Gold Coast has an array of shopping, cafes, restaurants, entertainment options and plenty of activities and attractions to keep the kids busy. Getting around is easy with a hire car, regular buses, or catch an uber or taxi. Theme parks are within 40 minutes’ drive and the glitz and glamour of Surfer’s Paradise is only half an hour from Coolangatta. All beaches are within easy access of the Gold Coast International Airport and Coolangatta shares the border with NSW, your gateway to Byron Bay, Cabarita and Kingscliff beaches and inland gems like the Northern Rivers Rail Trail, Tweed Regional Gallery and a range of cute & quirky towns.
