Come and stay in this beautiful modern home in Smiths Beach that offers the holiday maker so much and more. This spacious coastal home offers relaxed, comfortable living across two levels, with four bedrooms plus a separate bungalow. The upstairs master bedroom features a super king bed, walk-in robe, ensuite with bath, floor heating, TV, split system, and ceiling fan. Three carpeted bedrooms downstairs share a main bathroom with a bath and shower. The private bungalow includes a queen bed, TV, bar heating, and its own ensuite. Upstairs, the open-plan living area boasts a wood fire, split system, TV/DVD, and opens to a scenic deck with outdoor seating—perfect for summer BBQs. A second living space downstairs provides garden access. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, and all essentials for family meals. Additional features include easy-care floorboards, ducted vacuum system, and a laundry. One carport space is available (note: jet ski occupies the second). This property is not pet friendly, ensuring a quiet and tidy beachside stay. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. *Online registration and payment of a bond is required for all bookings.
