Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located in Southport. Signature of it is the 270 degree sea view. You can enjoy the beautiful broadwater sea view, sunrise, sunset from bedroom, living room and balcony. Tram station right outside, 10 minutes to Surfers Paradise, 5 mins to Sea World and walking distance to the beach. Stunning view overlooking the beautiful Broadwater and the spit. Resort like facilities, including, 2 x Swimming Pools (heated), Spa, Sauna, Gym, Snooker and Table Tennis. Everything you need in one fantastic location It's a private apartment managed by the host. Self check in (not with reception) Check out at 10am, Self check out (leave the keys the mailbox that located in the mail box room next to the reception.) ***Please be kindly noted that the car park limit is 2 meter and only one assigned car park included. ***Valid photo ID inquiried upon check in*** ***Deposit: 100AUD incidental deposit is enquired (details will be sent when booked). Deposit return on check out day.
